Structure and characteristics of air duct heater

The air duct heater is mainly used for air heating in the air duct. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The common feature in the structure is that the electric heating pipe is supported by steel plate to reduce the vibration of the electric heating pipe when the fan stops. The junction box is equipped with overtemperature control device. The low-temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium temperature type and high-temperature type are clamped with 100mm thick thermal insulation material from the outer wall of the channel to the heater junction box due to different structures. On the one hand, it reduces the external heat dissipation of the whole channel, on the other hand, it also reduces the temperature in the wiring cavity.
